Eligibility and
Matching
CU Station™ actively works with Credit Unions to identify their unique eligibility requirements to make it easier for CU Station™ registered users to match with Credit Unions they can become members with.
With a simple form at the beginning of the registration process, CU Station™ uses the information provided and compares it to the entire Credit Union industry to only show the Credit Unions our users are matched with.
What is Eligibility?
Credit Union charters require the organization to support specific community groups, organizations, or other groups like religious based organizations. This charter does not allow for potential members to join the Credit Union if they do not meet the charter requirements.
An example, a Credit Union focused on supporting teachers can be established. If you are not a teacher, or family of a teacher already working with the Credit Union, you would not be approved to become a member.
What is Matching?
CU Station™ enables registered users to quickly identify which Credit Unions they are eligible for and only presents matched Credit Unions. This helps to reduce confusion and supports quickly being able to find the right Credit Union, the services they provide, and best loan products or investment options available for you.
